The Main – 750-seat auditorium
Our flagship hall brings concert-grade acoustics, a towering LED backdrop, and a big stage to the heart of Cape Town. Host headline conferences, graduations, or award nights with big-room energy—minus big-venue pricing.

The Base – 150-seat hybrid hall
A flexible mid-size space that shifts easily from theatre rows to banquet rounds. Ideal for break-out conferences, company briefings, and small concerts that still deserve top-tier audio and lighting.

8-Seater Boardroom
A private executive suite for strategy days or virtual pitches. Ergonomic seating and plug-and-play visuals keep every decision-maker focused and every remote participant crystal-clear.

16 Seater Boardroom
Room for a bigger leadership crew without losing the boardroom feel. Dual displays ensure no one squints at data-heavy slides, while high-clarity audio keeps hybrid meetings on point.

Conference Room One – 30 pax

Conference Room Two – 30 pax
Mirror twin to Room One—perfect for parallel sessions or as an extra break-out hub. Book solo or pair the two rooms for a cohesive workshop track.
What We Do for Your Event
Our role starts the moment you confirm a date and ends when the last chair is stacked. Every service is provided in-house or through vetted local partners, which keeps communication tight and invoices simple.
Set-up Crew
Cape Events Management has an exceptional set-up crew who handle all basic set-up requirements for your specific event.
Cleaning Crew
We also have a team of dedicated maintenance and cleaning crew. They are responsible for ensuring that the venue is kept clean and in a hygienic state at all times, during and after the event. Additional cleaning staff can be quoted for at an extra cost.
Security
We offer a secure venue and have trained and professional security officers on site for the duration of the event.
Cape Events Management also has a security agreement with SA Police and Traffic Control. These departments patrol the venue area during each event.
Ushering
An experienced and dedicated team of ushers who are trained in events management and customer relations will also be made available to you. They will ensure that your guests feel welcome and special.
Their responsibility is to ensure that you are able to make use of the venue facilities with ease and peace of mind.
